I voted “yes” since JCA is a standard part of Java. I think every Java IDE should at least fully support all standard APIs. Nevertheless, we also should be realistic about this. To what amount is JCA currently used by people? Even though it has been in Java for ages, I never really heard a lot of people talking about this. Curious though…
