I’m getting the following error dialog when editing javascript inside a jsp:

‘Selection Job titile’ has encountered a problem
error retrieving AST from Provider

The error log shows error in plut-ing com.genuitec.javascript.ui.epl

The only cure is shutting down and restarting, but it recurs.

Can you try the following steps :

1)Using -clean when starting your IDE as mentioned in the link below:
https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshoot-using-the-clean-command-line-argument/

2)Switch to a new workspace and check if the issue persists?

3) From Pulse do a “Reinstall then Run” for your MyEclipse version under My Profiles.

Let me know how that works for you.

I am having exactly the same problem. I had posted a new topic with all my details in there. But don’t see a solution anywhere.
