I see markers on the right, and clicking on them will take me to the location of the issue.

However, the marker on the left isn’t visible. However, if you hover over the area it should be, you get the tooltip.

I know this threadhttp://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-3360-highlight-markers.html said it would be fixed in 3.8.1 (and i don’t look to see how long ago that thread was), but i have
3.8.1 installed, and they still aren’t visible.

Certainly not a major bug, more on the cosmetic side i would say.

These are actually issues with the reconciler that we have logged as a high priority item, there was another thread tracking it that I believe is still open. Either way I checked our bug tracker and its in there. Thank you for reporting it though incase we had missed it.
