    Hi Guys,
I am Raja from Sydney currently working with MyEclipse ide with 6 license .We are trying to give demo of the IDE to more than 6 people to try and hopefully get an enterprise license for my company.

Even though we are giving this to few more users they are not into development as we are currently doing they are senoir people from other teams and we wanted them to have a look at this.We are currently using WSAD with Websphere Application server.

Recently MyEclipse IDE gave us an Warning listing all the IP address using myEclipse IDE and it was saying it will disable some features of the IDE due to this.
Any idea why this popup is appearing and what this will do to the IDE.
Please let me know where this log is so i can look at the log and get more licenses if required.

    Moving to Installation & Configuration

    Raja,
The issue is that more than 6 people are running MyEclipse at the same time with some sharing single-use licenses. This means that you will either need to purchase a group license or purchase more single developer licenses if you wish to demo more than 6 MyEclipse installs at the same time.

However, if you are just demoing MyEclipse, I would encourage you to simply install MyEclipse on all the demo machines and leave it in Trial Mode for 30 days, it will be fully functional during that time and should give you ample time to demonstrate it to your company without buying more licenses just for demo-sake.

If you have any more questions, please email subscriptions@genuitec.com with a link to this forum post so they can take care of you and also see what your situation is.

You also have to introduce you licence for each workspace (from my personnal experience).

Correct, although I think we finally fixed this for 4 so you don’t need to dupe it everywhere. I’ll have to double check.
