hichnajMemberHi there,
Can anyone help me with the problem I am facing.
I want the splash image to stay for 3 seconds on the screen before the app starts. Now the splash image is showing for 1 seconde.
How can I let the loadtime be longer??
thanx
hichnajMemberWhy we buy a program and when we need some support, there is not much support? Or we get an answer after months?

Support here is normally good, I am just beginning but I think if it is a webapp, the screen only shows for a moment. In a native app the screen stays open for a longer period of time without doing anything in the programming part. I am sure you can control all aspects of you app. When support is back from enjoying Christmas day thru the New Year, they will be all over your question. I think support does a great job. Especially when you consider the price of mobione (which I love)
Regards and have fun
hichnajMemberhi there,
Thanx for the reply. I did test the app on my android. HTC ONE and it stays just for 1 sec when loading. Even on other smartphones.
Unknown AuthorParticipantIt’s not magic. It’s logic. The first page loaded should be an exact copy of your splash screen, so the user sees no difference. After a certain amount of time, go to the main homepage.

see this ANN for our holiday support staffing http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6551I agree with @1thinchip that you should avoid traditional product splash screens and use a startup image that much more closely emulates the initial state the app will startup in. This is strongly recommended by apple’s design guidelines. I kicked this question to our devs to learn if there are additional controls for a minimum time that startup image is rendered. I’ll share details when they return.
