wayneModeratorI’m sorry to hear about your installation trouble. Can you share details about your installation environment?
1) Windows OS
2) VM usage and configuration
– I notice that the installer is looking for a missing file: \\vmware-host\Shared Folders\.mobione.locator. How are you running the installer in vmware and what is the OS and its configuration for shared files?Wayne

larraldeMemberHi,
I am having the same problem as described above.
Using Windows Vista.
First, when running the installer, i got an error> 1278774681905.log
Then if I run manually the installer, i receive the message described above by the other user.
Any help is appreciatted.
Thanks in advance.

wayneModeratorlarralde,
Can you send the log file you referenced in your original post, (it should be in your system temp folder)?
Also what OS are you running?
Wayne
wayneModeratorAlex,
We think we have reproduced the issue you are encountering. First let me confirm that you are on a Mac running a Windows VM, right?
We are working on a fix now. I’ll post a note on how to work around the problem for mac users until we have an official update available. I’ll post a link back here as soon as I have the work-around documented.
