This sounds like the media files may have become corrupted in someway. I’m discussing with the developer responsible on this to see what gives. I’ll follow up as soon as I know more. In the meantime can you send me your mobione log file as it might provide some insight. It can be found in the following path <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log. Also please provide any environment details such as OS, if virtual machine is used, installed as admin/normal…?
One last question: had you added any new images to the palette before you experienced this problem?
