support-michaelKeymaster>The Mobione flash screen pop out when I launching my app in tablet (builded by v2.3.1)
I’m not sure what effect you are describing. Do you have a screenshot or other info that can help us sync up with you on this matter?
hoidaonguyenMemberCan’t take the screen shot gone so quick. All i saw is “MobiOne builder…..”. And the logo like ruler…..
Here is the step
Created and build the apk
copy .apk to android phone
launch app
issue: the first page show ruler picture and it said MobiOne creator (this page gone after few seconds
support-michaelKeymasterStartup (aka splash screen) images were introduced for android apps starting in MobiOne 2.3.0.
Let me know if this is correct. From your description it sounds as if you are surprised to see a splash image as opposed to a blank screen when your android app starts up now. When no custom startup image is provided a default image is provided.
hoidaonguyenMemberThat is correct, the first page appearing a picture like a ruler and bottom left said “MobiOne creator…”.
I did not insert any image into “START UP IMAGE”, however I did inserted my logo into “APPLICATION ICONS” (see attaching)……..
So no ways the first start up page have any flash appeared,
Let review one more time
1. I had v2.3.0
2. upgraded to v2.3.1
3. created new app for tablet 10.1″
4. building app (.apk)
5. copy to android tablet
6. installed
7. Launching app
Issue: first page show “MobiOne creater….” the image had ruler picture
8. After few seconds, my first start page appearing……Attachments:

mreadeMemberGood Morning Everyone,
I too have had a similar Splash Screen which appears very briefly the first time an app in run after installation.
Further………
After building an iOS “ipa” installation file, the install link was sent by MobiOne to my iPhone with a link to “Install” the app. Once the app is installed, the very first time the app is run, a MobiOne Splash Screen appears for maybe 1 second, then disappears never to be seen again.
During the build process, I left “all” of the splash screen fields empty. Regardless, the MobiOne splash screen still appears upon each repackaging/first run situation.
I too would also like to know how to disable having the MobiOne Splash Screen appear when no start-up graphics have been selected.
Thanks in advance,
mreade

hoidaonguyenMemberOctavio,
Any word on this issue, lately? (I had three tablet apps ready/urgent release to customers)Thanks for any help on this matter!
support-michaelKeymasterThe behavior is implemented on MobiOne App Center Builder. We are trying to factor it into our current workplans. I don’t have a solid eta on when you will be able to disable the splash image. Will update you as soon as it gets scheduled.
hoidaonguyenMemberI (my self) and others (Who’s had or may have this issue), we can’t upload and release our app
with this start up image, should your guys put it into first priority fix..?Thank you,
mreadeMemberTo those concerned,
I was able to successfully upload an iOS and Android version of an App to both stores. Although it took Apple one week to review the app, it was accepted for sale.
I did have the same problem where a MobiOne splash screen appeared briefly the first time the app was run after installation and does not seem to appear after that.
FYI.

Yes I know we can upload to market without problem but the flash screen will appear after customer download/installed to they devices…….And That what I mean “Flash screen show up at start up page..”
Do you like your customer see what tool you used to create your apps? (My self I DON’T) -
