mreadeMemberYes, I totally agree with you about the Flash Screen appearing. It should not unless you/I want it too. There should be some toggle to permanently disable the feature so it does not include anything if all image fields are left blank.
It just should not be there, I agree.

support-michaelKeymasterupdate: the dev team is planning to work on this fix possibly this weekend or on Monday. Will post updates as available.
hoidaonguyenMemberJust got two clients canceled the apps I am building for them, one more client planing to cancel
very soon……(I don’t have any word to say right now). One and only one question:
“WHAT GOING ON NOW FOR THIS ISSUE?”
support-michaelKeymasterThis issue has been resolved. An update for the App Center Builder for Android was pushed into production a few hours ago. Please rebuild your app with no startup images and evaluate the startup experience. Let us know if you have any issues with this update.
mreadeMemberSupport,
Will this also fix the same Splash Screen issue with iOS apps as well? I still see the
MobiOne splash screen every now and thenThanks

No, we prioritized the android fix as immediate and implemented. Default startup images have been implemented for iOS apps since day-1 and is not considered a bug at this time. It is traditional to include a startup image on iOS apps as that OS handles them very naturally compared to android. I need to check this but I believe a startup screen is required for itunes approval (don’t quote me on this yet).
hoidaonguyenMemberConfirm (fixed)…
mreadeMemberWayne & Other Support Members,
Many thanks for all the efforts to correct the splash screen issues these past weeks.
I was not aware that iOS apps required a splash screen, hence the reason for not including one. However, since that seems to be mandatory, it will be better to add a program splash screen rather than the MobiOne (default) splash screen. I do not recall any comment about this, so i am wondering if the build center programmers could add a little comment to let users know they need to include one and if not, the MobiOne will automatically be the default splash screen.
If it is there, and my aging eyes missed it, then please disregard the above comment/suggestions.
Again, many thanks for creating a great product!
