    Hi All,

I have batch-resized a lot of images in my app. Now EVERYTIME I build my app I get this nice warning:

How to get rid of it? I don’t want to have myself or a collegue accidentally regenerate the images, because then I can resize them again… How do I hide this message for once and for all?

    Thx in advance!

Oh no! you might have to click OK! Whatever were they thinking when they designed this software? (holds up sarcasm sign)

This warning is provided to prevent you from overwriting your modified files when generating a new version of your project code. It can not be disabled at this time. To remove the warning, replace the current images in your project with the revised images.

We have discussed disabling this warning but have chosen not to do it yet. In our own internal testing we disabled it and in every case the internal tester got lax and soon overwrote and bashed his changes. Then he complained to us as if it was the product’s fault.

Why don’t you create an option to let the user decide whether to show the warning or not? Standard setting ON. If the user knows what he’s doing he turns it off. Everybody happy, right? 🙂

I don’t see the reason why I should replace every little image in my project why it’s much easier to just overwrite them all inside the project folder. What you could do is give the user an option: “These files are modified outside of MobiOne. Do you wish to reload them or would you like to regenerate the project files?”

I think that would be the best solution to solve this issue.
