I have a subscription that is valid for the next year, this is my personal subscription

But 2013 keeps asking me to activate on EVERY START UP!!!

I have been using this product for years, and have it purchased by my department at work for all our developers. This is very annoying!!!!

Any idea on a fix?

Subscription key usage always says localhost, if that’s a clue

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Can you please share some more information with us?

1) What method did you use for activation?
2) If you successfully activated, can you look at <home>/.myeclipse.properties – is there an ACTIVATION_KEY property there?
3) Does this happen for you on every workspace start?
4) Could you please email support@genuitec.com with your license code and key and a link to this thread (for easy tracking) – will help us check if there is something wrong on the server side of activation.
5) Also share the OS details and version.
