My company uses dynamic IPs for our workstations. I just purchased a new MyEclipse for Spring license a week ago and I am getting a SUBSCRIPTION KEY PROBLEM. The bottom line is that two different IP addresses were detected as using the subscription key. I checked with my IT department and they confirmed that we are using dynamic IPS. What am I to do?

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Can you please check whether the IPs that were listed in the error dialog are of different workstation IPs or the same workstation IP ? If you are on a single user license, at any given time you cannot run two or more MyEclipse instances from multiple machines using the same license key.
