Hello,
I just tried the MyEclipse-IDE 4.0M3 on Eclipse 3.1 (JDK 1.5.0_03) on Linux.
When I enter my license, it isn’t stored anywhere. After a restart, I have to enter it again.
Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for it?

This is a known problem that will be fixed in the next build. In the interim, the workaround is here:
