Any how-to’s, hints/tips for how I can use Matisse for RCP or plug-in extension UI?

No, I was looking for how one goes about using Matisse in Plug In Development.

I am creating a RCP that has forms, etc. etc. and Matisse seems like it would save a lot of time and effort but I just wasn’t sure how to go about doing this
