After several frustrating hours trying to get 9.0 to stop validating things I don’t want validated (mostly because the validators crash) I now want to install the previous version 8.6. I cannot find any link to that installation. Please provide me a link. My product (for which i have 4 subscriptions) is unusable at the moment.

Thank you for your inquiry about a prior version of MyEclipse. As a MyEclipse subscriber you have full access to any version of MyEclipse that you choose to utilize and we will be glad to provide you with a download link to your chosen release.
However, all requests for previous releases are handled by our sales team to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please send an email to sales@genuitec.com and they will be able to assist you. Be sure to include your name, subscription id, subscription code, MyEclipse version desired, and operating system so they can provide the correct download link without delay.

As Joy responded above, our sales team will send you the installer links for MyEclipse 8.6 if you write in to them.
In the meanwhile, we need to make sure MyEclipse 9 works; if the issue you are facing is this serious, I would like to ensure that we get it addressed ASAP.
1) Could you tell me which validators you are having issues with?
2) By “validators crash” what do you mean – do you see errors in the error log or something else?
3) What method are you using to prevent the validators from validating resources?Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
