Where is the rest ?
In this sutiation it is not usable at all.

Which version of Eclipse are you using? You can find the version and build id’s under Help->About Eclipse.

Is it the full Eclipse release or just platform and JDT?

The version of MyEclipse currently available on the website is an early access release that does not support Eclipse 2.1.1. The new version that will be avaliable on Tuesday will support both 2.1.1 and 2.1.0. In the meantime you can either test on a 2.1.0 installation, or just wait until the new release is available.
