The wizards ONLY allow you to create xml and/or jsp files with wiith the standard extension of “.xml and .jsp”. This is very apple of ME. Take for instance if using the Jakarta Commons-Jelly project, it is common to name the XML files with a “.jelly” extension. Also when using JavaServer Faces you can use url mapping or extension mapping. I would like to use “*.jsf” for url mapping since I don’t want users to have to type in /faces in their urls. However ME, does not support this. Basically quit trying to out think me and do what I say.

    I’m using 3.7

    binyan,
We appreciate the constructive criticism and can assure you this wasn’t hardcoded to cause you pain and suffering in your life, but more because our team is simply not aware of every possible use and/or combination of uses that can happen with the different web frameworks.

We take all our user feedback seriously and will discuss a solution to address your problem.

That’s cool, and I hope I didn’t seem too critical since ME is very good and I’m gently pushing for more people to try Eclipse and thus ME for their development .
