Using the same username and password that I am logging into Genuitec with, the CodeMix plugin is returning “no account found” for.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. Thank you for the screenshot.

Can you please clarify if you are using your email address in Login dialog? The CodeMix’s Login dialog only allows username and not the email address. I see that the disclaimer in the Login dialog mentions email address. Apologies for the confusion. I have filed a bug for the dev team to fix it.

You should use your username i.e tandtsw instead of the email address and the same password as you use for Genuitec site to login.
