I published a app on the Google play app store and works fine for installing to a Samsung. I had a user saying it wont install to a LG Optimus 4x HD (P880).

It might help you – I had run in this problem before and after a Google search find out that you may listed your app available in specific geographic location like USA alone users from any other country will get the message ” No Eligible devices for app install” this mistakes also effect search result.
