Did you receive a reply from subscriptions yet? I’m sorry for the delay. We are looking into the broken Lost Sub Code link (Because it works for some people and not for others, troubleshooting has been a pain).
Mike I just double-checked with Subscriptions and they have actually responded to you 4 times. You may want to double-check your SPAM filter to make sure it’s not eating the replies (that happens a lot).
As a workaround I’ve PM’ed you the same email they sent you.
thanks for Your replys. The spam-filter was me first suspect too. I tripple checked it! But found no replys from myeclipseide.com. I will now check my provider, if he has some kind of spam filter active for my account.
