Hello, can you tell me how I can update Node and NPM versions through Terminal in my Eclipse.

Robert,

If you referring to updating the Node and NPM versions of the project, then you can click on the gear icon besides the project selection box in the Terminal+ view to open the CLI preferences page and enter the Node and NPM versions of your choice. Apply the changes and open a new tab in the Terminal+ view to download and apply those versions.
