You shouldn’t have been seeing that on Windows (we verified here on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 64-bit to make sure).
If for some reason your machine is hitting this, go to your <Genuitec>\Pulse Explorer directory, and run pulse-explorer.exe, click the “Anonymous” login type, and right-click on your MyEclipse profile listed under “My Profiles” and select “Reinstall and Run”.
