Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Can you please give us some more information to help us investigate further?
1.Can you please check if the issue persists on a new workspace ?
2.If new workspace does not resolve the issue, please share with us the MyEclipse Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details. Please also share the version of the Phone Gap.
3. Please check if there are any errors of interest logged in the .log file which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log. If yes then send us the .log file for further investigation.
