    For the folks that can’t get this working, are you making sure to setup your proxy information under Window > Prefs > MyEclipse > Internet Tools > Proxy?

    I just tried the following scenarios and couldn’t get Matisse to break:
    * Online
    * Offline
    * Online + Proxy
    * Offline + Proxy

    Oh…I find a temporary way to fix the problem.After dozens of testing ,I find that the problem just occured when the IDE that was opening the “Swing/Matisse Perspective” was closed .Before closing the IDE ,I will change java perspective.

    Riyad ,I hope you can provide permanent way to fix the problem.
    Thank you for your help!!!

    acidpie, I just tried this locally and couldn’t get it to reproduce… are you saying if you leave the Swing Perspective open, and restart the IDE, then the palette is empty?

    What happens if you go to File > Switch Workspace, and create a new workspace and try ti there? Still the same problem?
