Hello, I am trying to create an radio streaming app for MY Samsung Android phone, have tried various ways

Here are several things I have tried. Off a play button.
1st. audio_play(
‘http://95.154.254.157:10650/;’)
2. http://northernsoulnight.listen2myradio.com/media/playradio1966061.asx
3.http://northernsoulnight.listen2myradio.com/
In java and http links
All I need is for the music at the above location to be played off one button link.
Can you help an old 65 year old trying to get his head around creating an app.
