Can you answer below queries to help me investigate this issue –
1. Copy and paste installation details here. Open MyEclipse Blue IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details
2. Please list out the steps in detail on what resulted in the issue
3. What perspective were you on initially, and what perspective did you open which resulted in this issue? Are you referring to “MyEclipse Java Enterprise Perspective”?
4. Do you see any errors in problems tab? Click on Window > Show/View > Problems. Do you see any errors listed here, can you copy and paste the same here?
5. Also look into your .log file here [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log and look for relevant issues logged. Please copy and paste the same here
6. Can you attach a screenshot of the issue you are seeing, this will help me get a visual. You can either [pm] me or send a mail to support@genuitec.com, please refer above weblink and add ATTN:Joy in the subject. This will help in quick tracing.
