    Chris,

My apologies for the late reply.

In my “Control Your Software” area, I have 2 changes to apply.

I am not sure I understand this. Are you referring to the MyEclipse Dashboard? Can you send a mail to support@genuitec.com with below details –
    1. Copy and paste your installation summary. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
    2. What is your license – standard / professional? Attach a screenshot of MyEclipse > Subscription Information
    3. Steps to get to “Control your software” area.
    4. Please refer to this web-link for quick tracing and add ATTN:Joy in the subject.

When I apply these changes, the Mylyn / Mantis one fails.

Can you look into your error log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log and look for relevant issues logged here. Can you copy and paste the same. Have you tried to update the same through pulse? You can do the following –
From myeclipse IDE menu options click on Help > Software Updates > Manage in Pulse Explorer. This will open pulse explorer(provided you have installed MyEclipse using all-in-one installer / pulse). If you don’t have this option, please download pulse from http://www.poweredbypulse.com. Click on My Profiles > MyEclipse x.x. > Under Software / Personal Software it will list you all your plugins. You can manage your MyEclipse profile using pulse. Let me know how this works for you.
