Sorry if this has already been suggested, but I’ve had several situations where I added, say Spring support, then I realized I didn’t have ALL the Spring
stuff I wanted originally, or say I started out with Struts vX and found out I needed vY in order to deploy to our decrepit and rotting infrastructure ;).
I know how to go into the project file and do it, it would just be nice if removing was just as easy as adding.

I’ll add your comments to that enhancement request. There has been a lul in interest in it, so when management does a feature analysis it’s showing up low on our list. I’ll try and bump it.

It is strange (and perhaps somewhat disconcerting) that Add xxx support is a one-time operation. It’s probably very common to want to add spring, but then later add, say, remoting.

You are right the operations should be reversable. I just heard word that this is getting more priority to get done, so hopefully sooner than later.
