When component selector is renamed references are not updated.

In addition, if selector is containing dash (like all component selectors) there is an error:
Rename TypeScript Element
Provided indentifier is not a valid TypeScript identifier

Expected:
Selector and all references to it are renamed respecting valid selector naming syntax.

Currently there is no refactoring support for Angular selectors. I have filed an enhancement request for the dev team.
