Just to be clear, we have to manually input all filenames excluding build.xml that we want to have the Run As -> Ant option? I have lots of different build filenames and it would be nice if I could do something like *Import.xml and *Export.xml which would cover most of my build scripts but when I try to do that I get the following error:
The file name cannot include the wild card character (*) in the current location

I would appreciate clarification.

Sorry, this is an annoying limitation right now. Hopefully Eclipse will loosen the restrictions on content type registrations in the future and allow wildcards so you can do things like that.
