Secure delivery center cannot be started. Have tried restarted the delivery center service and restarted the entire server, both not helping. Checked the SDC log and has exception indicating “a valid properties file is required for execution” and “No suitable driver found for jdbc derby…” but not sure how to overcome this issue. Appreciated if someone could suggest the things that i can check or how to solve it.

Hey,

It could be that your delivery center server is not running with the bundled JRE, to explicitly set that you can modify the deliveryCenterServer.ini and before the -vmargs add:

-vm
C:\SDC\Server\server\jre\bin\javaw.exe

Just check that this file exist, other things to check are. Are you running with an antivirus? Is the windows defender running? If any of these is true could be that it removed some files from the install directory?
