Your install looks spot on, I have no idea why the Quick Updater would be prompted you for updates… I’d suggest trying to turn it off under Window > Prefs > MyEclipse > Community Essentials > “Check for updates on startup”, and hang in there until we get 7.0 GA out the door (1st week of December.. next week basically)

Thanks for looking at the installation log. The update I’m told exists is
Matisse4MyEclipse Swing UI Designer 6.6.0.zmyelipse660200810
From the numbering, it looks like something added to 6.5 to bring it up to 6.6.

I’ll wait for 7.0 GA and Pulse (whatever that is).
