    I’ve downloaded MyEclipse for Spring 10 and got subscription info in the mail, which I entered in Subscription Information. I then activated the product successfully. However, I repeatedly get a dialog popping up telling me my subscription info is invalid.

    Can you help me get rid of the complaining dialog box?

    I should add that I already have a subscription to MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 9.1 . That version is now also complaining about valid subscription info, and shows the “for Spring” subscriber code. Is it possible to have both products installed with separate subscriber info?
