appmosMemberWhy the text size does not increase when I see the app on a larger screen (tablet)? Anyway to set this in the properties panel?
What´s the correct: build the application using a tablet template as a reference, so it can be maintained the integrity of the design (dimensions, sizes, proportions, etc.) when open it in small screens or it does not change anything?
I take this topic to reaffirm the necessity of an option to preserve the aspect ratio of the videos and images.
Thanks

At this time there is no auto-scale text capability. Be sure that if you are evaluating text size in the Test Center that you set a common zoom/scale level. Do not use the “Fit to Window” scale as it will not give you a true apples-apples scale comparison across devices.

Think about it in reverse. Design for the smaller screens and then set auto-resize properties on the UI to scale up to large display size of tablets. The reverse approach is practically impossible to in an automated approach.

Message received. Our team was working on this yesterday. We hope to provide this functionality in the next 2 weeks if all goes well.
Unknown AuthorParticipant…or, two different apps, wrapped into one compilation, automatically chosen using Javascript. 🙂
BTW, my first app using this approach passed Apple review yesterday.

Problems with text size were identified in tests done directly on the devices. For example, in some cases you can not read the text of a button when I see the application on a tablet. When asked about the best way to build the application, initially thought building for a tablet, when viewed on a smaller screen, the text would be readable in two screen sizes. What can I do to fix this to show proportional text size in buttons?

Great news. I believe that this feature will be crucial in the layout development and many problems about screen adaptations will be solved when using it.
appmosMemberI need help for this topic too. My project is stopped, still awaiting these resolutions. Thanks.

There is not auto-scaling of text font sizes. Internally we are discussing more reactive design features such as this but there is no timeframe on such features.
