    When I add a remote resource, even a mobi screen being called from javascript and added in the additional resources I lose access to editing many of the files. It has happened with several projects. Now, when I remove them and add the resources by buttons it is not coming back. I am currently using Dreamweaver to edit the custom js file since its not listed, just kind of annoying.

    Was wondering if anyone else has this problem or just me?

    @CincyPlanet,

    Thanks for reporting this issue. What mobione version are you using? can you provide steps to replicate it?

    I am actually using the new build that fixes the map problem (not on my system at the moment).
    It seems to be anytime I add a remote resource, it stops showing the local resources, like xxx_custom.js file so I have to edit it in Dreamweaver. I havent tried a new project to see if it does it.
    My last one I opened and selected the tools source and it actually showed the compiled html version, just in the entire tools panel and wouldnt let me edit anything. Very strange. I will try it again tonight and see if I can get some screen grabs.

    I reopened the project and still cannot access the index_custom.js file. I even tried removing the remote files but it still will not show up.

    @CincyPlanet,

    I have tried to replicate issue in same version but could replicate it. Do you have opened _custom.js file in other program when you run Test Center? Can you share your .log file to see if we can find something related?

    Since it does not show up I do have to open it, but it is not opened when I first try it. This happens with any project when I load an extrenal resource. Where do I find the .log file?

    It is located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log

    @CincyPlanet,

    Can you confirm that you are generating code and running your app with the option “Run in Test Center” (green icon). Or are you opening a web app? if it is a webapp could you provide url? sent it to support at genuitec dot com if you want to keep data in privacy.

    I am running in the test center. If you would like I will send the project to you. Its my music player with videos for a client so I dont want to share it here.

    On a side note, it also seems the multipage render (which was fixed with the map) acts strange when on additional pages. For example I added a swipeimage gallery (http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?p=13811#p13811) and it works fine as long as it is on the first page of the multipage, any other pages and it doesnt render correctly (both loses images and does not swipe correctly.).

    Any word on this?

    I actually download the HTMLMap project (found on map directions post) and it was doing the same thing, but there was not any remote resources in the project…
