I have installed MyEclipse on Eclipse Classic using the updates manager, But after I feed in the subscription key which was working for windows the Finish Button is grayed out. I am using JDK 6 on Ubuntu 8.10.

What is the type of license you are using? MyEclipse usually provides single user license. To ensure that user licenses are not misused, license details are locked to a specific machine. Send a mail to subscriptions@genuitec.com with your license details and details of your specific problem.

The Finish button gets enabled only when a valid subs key is entered with spaces or any other characters. Please make sure you have entered the subscription key correctly without spaces. Incase the problem persists, you should write to subscriptions@genuitec.com.
