Sorry you’re seeing this issue. Are there any associated log messages? Please clear the log file (either delete the “.log” file at <workspace root>/.metadata/.log or clear the log from the Error Log view) then replicate the issue and attach the .log file to your reply (you may need to rename the file to something like “log.txt” to attach it). Also please send us the output from MyEclipse->Installation Summary->Installation Details (note that this is not the output from details that are available via the Help menu). Lastly, please provide details of the steps you are taking that lead to this error.
