I have create a new webproject, When I try to add spring and hibernate capabilies, these options are not available……

Hi,
MyEclipse 7.0 is the version compatible with Eclipse 3.4. You will have to upgrade to MyEclipse 7.0 if you wish to stick with Eclipse 3.4.

MyEclipse 6.0.1 is compatible with Eclipse 3.3.
