Greetings:

I downloaded MyEclipse 7.0 and it have been offering some updates but it hangs so at the end it fails.

It offers
-MyEclipse UML2 (Early Access 1) 7.0.0
-SpringIDE for MyEclipse – AJDT Support 7.0.0
-SpringIDE for MyEclipse – Mylyn Support 7.0.0

I tried to install the two related to Spring.

I saw another thread titled “install checkstyle” and there “proxy” is mentioned.

I am behind a proxy that only allows the standard HTTP port and SSL port connections.
I wonder if this might be related?

Angel,

You are right, definitely looks like a network connectivity issue. Can you follow the instructions here:
https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshoot-myeclipse-is-having-network-connection-issues/

which will generate a communications log file, and then PM that to me with a link back to this thread so I know why I’m getting the file? I’ll pass that back to the Pulse team for evaluation.
