Hi

After installing the latest update today I am now getting

“Update Progress has encountered a problem

an internal error has occurred”

and the details show

java.lang.NullPointerException

Not all the time, but Ive had it when starting Mobione when it does a automatic check and I can recreate with a manual check but weirdly not all the time !

Hi Tony,

Could you share your .log file with us to investigate? It’s located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log
