After 8.1.3 update, the apps will not load. Any solutions to this issue? FYI. FYI – myEclipse works great to build apps via phonegap, but that’s another story. Today’s issue is to get a solid resolution to the program that can be applied in MobiOne with the .cer and provisioning files.
