A user who was using one of our packages, uninstalled it and is trying to install a new package and is having problems.
In the installation wizard it says there was an installation problem. In the package support zip that was produced with the log explaining the failures that I’ve attached below that are related to access denied for the .deliverycenter.installs file. He has tried running the installer as admin as well as changing install directories to no avail. Thanks!
Have you tried to manually rename that file name, this error could also be thrown because of permissions errors on the parent location of this directory. I would look and verify the permissions at this location too.
