have uploaded an app for apple with a video mp4 (13.5mb) attached file on the page as trial both to mobi cloud & my godaddy account however the app on the mobi cloud the video opens ok but on the godaddy the app page opens fine but when I click on the video it goes to another screen showing a file picture and a button saying open in godaddy.

Can you share the web app url uploaded to App Center and the other one hosted in goddady? If you want to keep data in privacy you can send them via support at genuitec dot com. Use title Mobione urls from ibttravel
