Hi

I have used the android widget to link to a URL file, this works on android 4.0, but on my samsung galaxy ace running android 2.3 this doesn’t work.

I click on the video link and it does not nothing

Can you help as I urgently need to resolve this

Could you shared you video URL to investigate? if you want to keep the data in privacy send it via support at genuitec dot com. Use title mobione video url from arc-itech

What happens when you try to open the following mp4 url directly on your devices?

It works fine, its not the video, I have developed the same app using phonegap and eclipse and the video worked fine, however there were other issues which mobione handles much better.

Except the video won’t play on either android 2.3 or the galaxy samsung ace, whichever one is causing the problem!

Hi Just wanted to give more info regarding this issue,

As I said previoulsy video worked fine for Android 2.3 on Phonegap using eclipse, this is not exactly true, I had to trawl the internet and found this link

this offered the solution to get video to play using eclipse, now I tried to get this same technique to work in Mobione but I am starting to reach the limits of my ability to make this work in mobione.

Octavio / Wayne – Is there any chance you could look at this and see if it is something you could with?

Even though it doesnt play the video on Android 2.3, I am still loving this software. 🙂
