Is there a more user friendly editor for the web.xml file. I am investigating the posibility of moving from Rad6 to MyEclipse. One of the nicer parts of of the IBM product is the friendly editors. Is there a comparable editor or plugin available?

Not yet, but something like that (a design view for example) has been on our TODO list for a while. It’s just an issue of management targetting it for a specific release.

I still do not see that this exists: 2+ years later 🙂 The crummy RAD tools have a nice set for the web.xml and application.xml. Are there any plans to create something similar? I haven’t looked at the Blue edition to see if this functionality is there.

This is coming in the 6.5 release of Blue (ETA: 1 month), I’m not sure if it will be in Pro right away, I’ll check with management.
