We dont have an official ETA for the M1 release but it would take atleast two weeks. I’ll keep you informed.

If you launch Pulse, it’s right there under Popular. As for installers, we are preparing and testing them now and they should be up later today.great. I am waiting on the separated update installer, some plugins I use don’t like Pulse that much.
I just tried to install it from the update site for mac. it failed. it complained about missing myeclipse dashboard plugin
I have downloaded the latest 8.0M1 on the official site and it is working very fine.
It comes with struts2.1.6 (very good), but please note that the development 2.1.7 has fixed over hundred of bugs (only code compile issues left).
Some of these fixed critical problems. All of my projects are using 2.1.7 now (no clue).
So, I would ask, is it possible to upgrade the version myself? (seems I must hack into the progs.)Thanks

You can go to WIndows > Prefs > MyEclipse > Capabilities and under struts, manually upgrade the libraries 2.1.6 libs to 2.1.7. That should do the trick.I would like to voice the desire to have the current Struts libraries (2.1.8) available with the next milestone release.
Question: Is the requirement to have an Java EE 5 web project a Struts2 requirement or a MyEclipse requirement?

yes, could you please offer sturts 2.1.8 on the offical 8.0 release?
2.1.6 is very buggy in our development.
