What “stuff” specifically? If it’s the validation builder, to remove it you’ll first need to override the project validation preferences at Properties > MyEclipse-Validation and turn it all off. Then, you can edit the project file to remove the builder and it won’t be readded unless you explicitly choose MyEclipse > Run Validation on the project.
