I have a brand new (God help me) system running Windows 8. I go through the installation and activation process for MyEclipse Pro version 10.7. Everything goes perfectly and I get the screen telling me that the product is activated. I even checked to see that the .myeclipse.properties file was created ok and it was. However, every time I start MyEclipse I get a pop-up telling me that I have an INVALID USER SUBSCRIPTION etc. However, when I go to the screen that displays my subscription it tells me that the product is activated? This is a brand new installation on a brand new system.

    bsumn,

After activation, does the .myeclipse.properties file include the ACTIVATION_KEY property?

Could you please send an email to support@genuitec.com Sub: “Attn Brian – Activation Problem” with a link to this thread and include your subscription details? Also include a screenshot of the invalid user subscription dialog.
