workspace selection dialog pops up behind splash dialog

    During startup, the workspace selection dialog tends to pop up behind the splash dialog. I wish it would pop up in front.

    Moving to OT > Soft Dev

    This is an Eclipse platform issue, and you are right, it should definately popup in front. I’ve not seen it popup behind.
