So should I have jboss files in my plugins folder because I don’t, so I’m not sure how it is resolving those. Maybe I am picking up some even older jboss version from my websphere installation or something?

No you shouldn’t, your setup is just fine for now.

FYI, I have exactly the same problem with projects using the source safe-plugin.

Has anyone come up with a fix for this?

We are disabling the ClearCase plug-in, running XDoclet then having to re-enable plug-in, works but are real pain in the proverbial!

Any better ideas gratefully accepted!
